These pictures are from the Amanda Lew Kee show at LG Fashion Week in Toronto. Several pieces in Amanda's Spring/Summer 2011 collection feature dresses in this length, which would work better on shorter women than the 5'11"ish models. I know they say that clothes "hang better" on tall people, but this is, in my opinion, ridiculous. I realize the model is wearing leggings/tights in the first picture, but since they are close to her enough to her natural skin colour, it is telling the viewer that what she's wearing is meant to be a dress rather than a long shirt. Sorry, but it doesn't look good in this case.
