On the 15th day of Christmas...
I wore Chanel!I've got to get everything wrapped up for Christmas before I leave for hotter climbs on Friday and even though I have the family sorted I still have pressies to get for Ruby, Sonny and of course not forgetting darling little Stella. Today I've been cosying up on the sofa in Chanel knits with my trusty mac and a never ending mug of cocoa choosing some bits and bobs from my fave craft site etsy. I decided that although I am a shopping freak I still want to do my bit for the planet so I took the handmade pledge this year. I decided to shop for Ruby first because she has such similar taste to me all I had to do was imagine I was buying for myself and voila! Maybe my shopping spree will inspire you with your gift choices this year.

It was lucky I postponed lunch until today. I don’t know what I was thinking even considering turning up at Harrods tea rooms to meet my Grandmother in denim, let alone super tight denim with designer rips – even if it is the height of haute couture. Thankfully Grandmother approved of my Chanel ensemble, anything Karl Largerfeld does is a work of art to her. I’m pretty sure she has big a crush on him!

mistaken identity
I've been hanging out with my pup Stella today, first we went for a very blustery walk in St James Park and down the mall to admire Buckingham Palace. I was wearing my latest from D&G and a couple of tourists got very over excited and asked to take my picture, I was shocked that they knew little old me and thought that maybe they were fans of my blog but it later transpired that they had mistaken me for someone else. can't think who!
So after lunch (and after Stella got over being mistaken for a corgi) I slipped into something a little less conspicuous (Lacoste) to meet Sonny and my friend Ruby for a spot of lunch - note the coloured tights, I took my own advice from yesterday!
and to round off the day we met my parents for dinner - we both looked very sophisticated in Chanel don't you think? Stella was treated like an absolute star and was even aloud to sit at the table - I think they thought she was yet another celebrity!

Did you know that they are making a film about Coco Chanel; Coco Avant Chanel? It will star Audrey Tatou as Coco and is going to focus on her childhood and early years, I can't wait! I think Audrey is pretty perfect for the role. There was talk of Demi Moore imagine that! she is great but much to Hollywood!
Did you also hear that Karl Lagerfeld is designing homes? I am sooooo excited, I must ask Daddy for one for christmas, it will be like the icing on the cake of my Chanel collection! check out this description, I was born to live (and party) there...

ha ha Lily Allen makes me laugh, belting out her latest number whilst smokin a ciggie, the two don't tend to go hand in hand unless your looking for a howlin wolf sound - which might not be so bad! check out her ear-rings too, nice of her to co-ordinate with my chanel week!

BAD DOGS AND RELUCTANT MEN
Went to meet Sonny in London town on Saturday for the lunchtime opening of a new sushi bar (I just love a bit of raw carrot) we had to leave little Stella at home and when we got back we discovered that she had destroyed my collection of last seasons Chanel sunglasses, you know the ones that only have the shade halfway. I had 15 identical pairs to go with each of my 15 Chanel 07 outfits. I was very upset but I had a tearful telephone conversation with daddy and he said he would replace them for me - am I spoilt?? I don't think so but Stella certainly is, so I'm considering some hired help - only the best for our Stella, step in Tamar Geller, I mean if she's good enough for Oprah!
This is what we wore for the opening. Yes, for the first time I tentatively mixed my labels! I was inspired by Sonny who gets slightly disgruntled when I force him into matching outfits. I'm looking quite glam in my Paul Smith Union Jack dress and here's where it gets interesting my purse is Chanel and my espadrilles are vintage, can you believe it!
Sonny is wearing his favourite vintage RayBan's, chequered vans and a hooded top that hes had for ages. he thinks its from Abercombie and Fitch but can't be certain - he cut the label out because it was itchy.
On Sunday we went to a party to celebrate the end of London fashion week. my shopping list for next season is getting so long that it nearly crashed my new mac - so many clothes so little time! We wore Paul Smith again, its the only label that I can rely on to convince Sonny that matching outfits are not going to make us look like Posh and Becks, anyway that will never happen, Posh just doesn't have my innate sense of style!

No matter how many outfits I have I always return to classic Chanel, no other label says sophistication in quite the same way!
