The Mendoza Codex Skirt:
This skirt was first posted a couple of days ago in my Tired of Pencil Skirts! post. Not only is it available is it NOT a pencil skirt, but it is also available in the full petite range (yay!). I think this skirt paired with a shorter cardigan (so hard to find good lengths when you're petite!), tights and kitten heels can look absolutely MAGNIFICENT.

This could look AMAZING paired with leggings or skinny jeans. I'd probably have to try it on before purchasing it though as the patterns might be too big for petite me!

Beaded Egalitine Cardigan
OK, this one is cheating. I bought this sweater back in the fall and really love the length on me. I often wear this with darker coloured, non-skinny pants (sometimes black, sometimes dark-dark blue). The sweater isn't available online anymore, though you might still be able to find it in stores. I wanted to get a second one in the Oatmeal, but XS was sold out at the store closest to me.
