According to Flare, it'll open its first store in Toronto in 2011. Too bad for us petites who'll still need to purchase online (and thus pay the duties) when we buy petite sizes (or even XXS...or is XXS available in stores? Can anyone tell me?) At least this means I can actually try on dresses like the one pictured above :)
Any guesses on where it'll be?
