Appetizer Meatballs
1 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
one can of sauerkraut with liquid
1 jar of chili sauce
1 jar of water (from the empty chili sauce bottle)
one can of whole jelled cranberries
plain prepared meatballs from the frozen food section (appetizer size)
Combine all the ingredients and pour over meatballs in the crock pot. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
I left the lid off for most of teh cooking so that the sauce would thicken.
I know it sounds like an unlikely combination of stuff but it is really good. :)
