The thing is, actresses are, for the most part, "proportionately bigger" than any model on the runway. An actress who wears size 0 is typically 5'4" or shorter, so if she has a small frame, it can be perfectly natural for her to be that size. Taller actresses tend to wear larger sizes (though we don't usually see anything larger than a 4). What I don't understand is why this is never addressed.
