It looks like Banana Republic has changed its sizing system for denim products. Rather than using their 00-16 system as they do for their pants, they are now using denim sizes (waist size). The smallest size is a 24P (~ to 00P). At my regular Banana Republic store, size 24P exists, but a rare find. As with a lot of other denim lines, I have found that the size that is most available ranges between 27-29.
Inseam length remains the same at around 30".
