Would you prefer that an international online store have a full range of sizes or shopping that is shipping and duty-free?
Our results were not surprising at all:
70% said that stores should offer full ranges of sizes as well as free shipping/duty-free
15% thought that the online store should offer a full range - they don't understand why the online store would offer fewer choices!
10% don't shop online, so they chose neither
5% said that they prefer international online stores be shipping an duty-free (over a full range of sizes)
