The beauty of fashion blogging is the increased presence of those who write about specialty sizing. My site, Shorty Stories, as well as many others are part of an increasing petite (women 5'4" and below) blogging community. As we have historically been pretty ignored/dismissed by the mainstream industry, creating our own social network is the only way we can eventually gain the attention of major media. Who knows, maybe in a few months, we'd see increased articles on short women and fashion issues right here at the HuffPo.
