3/4 lbs. green beans
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 medium shallot minced
2 T. cider vinegar
1 t. sugar
salt and pepper
Place beans in a steamer over boiling water for 5 minutes.
In a skillet, place oil and shallots on high heat and stir until softened.
Add vinegar and sugar until disolved.
Remove from heat, add beans.
Salt and pepper.
Toss well and serve.
