Fall Stitching

I started dragging out the fall decorations today. The weather is getting coolor and I'm motivated to do some redecorating and tossing out. I found a couple of counted cross stitch projects in the fall bins. I had started this blog after I had put them away last year. The bottom one I started while on a camping trip in the California high desert Sept. 11th 2001. After the terrorism attacks, I started making a bunch of red, white and blue Christmas tree decorations but I eventually finished the little fall witch and cat. I will take a picture of the Christmas decorations when I dig those out of the Christmas bins in November.

The morns are meeker than they were,
The nuts are getting brown;
The berry's cheek is plumper,
The rose is out of town.
