Last year, I wrote an e-mail to J.Crew to talk to them about their lack of petite choices. A few days later, I received a call from them, telling me that they're going to increase the selection. It's a year later, and nothing much has changed. However, there's no way I'm going to boycott this company. Some choice is better than no choice! So yes, this means that there aren't that many petite pieces to choose from for September. However, there are still a few good pieces. Here are some that may be of interest:
Petite Berry-trim Astrid jacket (not really something that *I'd* wear, but it's more frilly than most petite sizes available this month)
Petite Snow-leopard print shirtdress
Petite hammered-silk Laura dress
I'm a little surprised that there aren't any tops in petites this month. Maybe they're only going to stick to jackets, coats, pants, skirts and dresses now. I surely hope not, though.
