The J. Crew site is a little wobbly right now, as they're doing some major updating (perhaps for their Fall 2008 collections??). While petite availability is not that great (as usual), I did find a couple of pieces from the site available in petite sizes that may be of interest to Shorty Stories readers:
Petite Matilda dress - I saw a picture of Anne Hathaway in a similar looking dress (I'm pretty sure it isn't a J.Crew one as her dress was pink. This isn't available in pink)
Printed linen Antonia dress
Here are a few pieces NOT available in petite sizes that I liked:
Lux knit star pleated tee (would look great with skinny pants)
Georgia dress
Domino jaquard pencil skirt
Washed-leather Claudette jacket
Optical-print jacket (this would look best in either white or black pants)
