Korean Steak Kebabs

1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
3 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. minced peeled fresh ginger (Yeah right. I use the stuff in a jar.)
1 garlic clove minced (Again I use the stuff in a jar.)
1 lb. top round steak trimmed and sliced for stir-fry. (If I can find this at the N.A.S. Hootersville commissary, you can find it anywhere.)

Spray the broiler rack with canola oil spray.

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.

Thread the steak on 8 10" metal skewers. Brush the kebabs with the sauce mixture. Place on the broiler rack and broil 4" inches from the heat for approx. 3 minutes. Turn, brush with the remaining soy sauce mixture and broil until cooked through.

I let mine marinate in the sauce for about 30 minutes before I cooked it. While it was cooking, I slapped some more sauce on them.

Turned out good.
