I wrote about Balzac Clothing, a petite line based out of California a few months ago. Balzac recently rebranded its name to Nhulie (pronounced "noo-lee") and still offers the same reasonably priced petite basics for women under 5'4". Another thing they've changed: sizing. No longer does their 0P have a 27" natural waist. Instead, it is closer to the standard at 25". Other than that, things will not change. According to their blog, styles will stay "sexy, girly, and a bit vintage."
